Today was another beautiful day in the neighborhood. After my morning walk,
I played putt putt with three of my favorite people. Look out, Tiger, here we come. Sis and bro left for home right after lunch and it was "see you later", not "good by", because we are meeting Friday in Pennsylvania to see Johnstown to research the 1889 Johnstown flood in which 2,209 people were killed when a dam ruptured. This is located not far from Champion, PA, where we camped while on the way to Gettysburg. We did not make it to Spotsylvania today and hope to see it tomorrow. Also in the area is the home of President Madison. So much to see and do, so little time - oh, well. Maybe another trip will be needed.
