April 31, 2009 Omaha, NE Dooley Zoo

Several months ago on Jeopardy, I saw a "remote" question from the Omaha Zoo. It looked so interesting that I vowed to visit it if we ever got to Omaha. They claimed the world's largest indoor Rain Forest. Today was our day to attend. We discovered the indoor Rain Forest, indoor desert, and all sorts of beauty. The first shot is for our grandson, Ryan, who is a big Sponge Bob Square Pants fan. We found the Sponge Bob Square Pants fish. The next shot is of Carol and me. Then we found the model for Rodin's sculpture, The Thinker. Then there are a couple of "kitty cats" and then a barn that also had a good day, too, and smiled at us as we drove past. All in all, a great day.
